    the hotel had a great location in the middle of the city. the staff were both wonderful and consistently courteous. the room we had included a mini bar fridge, air conditioning, and an individual safe.

    Beautiful and absolutely amazing place with free parking, so don't hesitate to come here by car. The hotel offers a lot of food that was exceptional! Consistently courteous staff, they smile all the time. The services are exceptional, including a great pool. The location is good, we could see the sea.

    The night we spent was fantastic. They helped us get packed breakfasts for an early flight and the breakfast selection was very nice! The rooftop pool had an amazing view, and lying on the sun loungers was the perfect way to unwind. Just be careful with the prices for snacks, they can be a bit steep 😊

    would definitely come back here

    The king room was spacious with a minibar, tv, and a comfy seating area. Enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness centre. Breakfast blew us away with fresh dosas and amazing sugar cane juice. Staff was super friendly and even provided food samples. The neighborhood is lively with great restaurants nearby.

    Unfortunately, the room cleanliness left much to be desired. I found the carpet needing a thorough clean and the bed sheet sported orange stains. Accessing the pool was tricky, as it required navigating emergency stairs, and there were no food or drink options available nearby. The smoking area was far from ideal, situated behind the hotel in an uncomfortably hot, covered space, or directly in front of a busy reception area.

    great location but some staff inconsistency

    The King Studio Suite was impressively spacious, awesome for an enjoyable stay with comfortable amenities. Mr Girin Kohli from the front office stood out for his commitment to guest satisfaction. The location provided easy access to the beach and local attractions.

    Some staff members did not match the high standard set by Mr Kohli.

    I stayed here for one night and the experience was fantastic. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast buffet featured a great selection, especially the freshly made sugar cane juice. My previous stay in mumbai didn't compare to how well they exceeded my expectations this time.
